These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Parakit ("the app"), an offline-first expense and debt tracking application developed by Mehmet Fatih İçin ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Parakit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Parakit on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
Parakit stores all data locally on your device. We have no servers and cannot access, recover, or restore your data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter and for keeping your own backups. The app is a personal record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Parakit offers an optional one-time "Premium" purchase that unlocks additional features and removes ads. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment details. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled under the terms and policies of the relevant app store. Restoring a purchase requires the same store account used to buy it.
The free version displays non-personalized ads served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to the display of such ads. Purchasing Premium removes all ads.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Parakit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this address. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
