Parakit ("the app") is an offline-first expense and debt tracking application developed by Mehmet Fatih İçin. Your privacy is fundamental to how Parakit is designed.
We collect no personal data. Parakit does not require an account, login, or registration. All data you enter (transactions, categories, contacts, ledger entries, settings) is stored only on your device. We have no servers and cannot see, access, or transmit your financial records.
The free version of Parakit shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are requested in non-personalized mode. AdMob may process limited device information (such as device model and coarse ad-serving data) to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. Purchasing Parakit Premium removes all ads.
Premium is offered as a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
If you set a due date on a ledger entry, Parakit schedules a local reminder notification on your device. Notifications are generated locally and never leave your device.
Parakit offers an optional voice entry feature. When you tap the microphone button, your device's built-in speech-recognition service converts your speech to text so a transaction can be added. Parakit does not record, store, or send this audio to its own servers. Microphone access is used only while you are actively dictating.
Your data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Any backup/export feature creates files only where you choose to save them.
Parakit is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from any user.
