We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows.
KeepHold Pro is a one‑time, non‑consumable in‑app purchase that unlocks unlimited items and additional features for the lifetime of the app on the store account that bought it. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. The free version always allows you to open, export, back up, restore and transfer everything already in your vault.
All data is stored on your device and encrypted with keys that only your device holds. If you forget your PIN and have no recovery key, or you delete the app without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. You are responsible for remembering your lock, keeping your recovery key and backup password safe, and keeping backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to store. You must not use the app to store or share content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, or that depicts the abuse of minors. The private browser is a general‑purpose web browser; you are responsible for your use of it and for the websites you visit.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Security measures reduce risk but no software is perfectly secure; protections are weaker on jailbroken or rooted devices or on devices without a device lock. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
